I'm glad you're here. This website is more than a campaign page. It is a place where you can learn about the issues, follow my work, and stay connected as we work together to strengthen our schools and our community.
My vision is simple: Staying Strong. Moving Forward. By building on the progress we've made and keeping our focus on students, we can continue moving our district in the right direction. Our school district has made meaningful progress over the past two years, but our work is far from finished. We must continue making thoughtful decisions that protect taxpayers' investment while ensuring every student can succeed.
If re-elected, I will continue supporting responsible financial stewardship by modernizing our facilities, making difficult but necessary decisions about school consolidation when appropriate, and ensuring every dollar is spent where it has the greatest impact: our students, teachers, and classrooms. I will continue advocating for recruiting and retaining outstanding teachers and staff, maintaining a strong focus on academic excellence, and keeping school safety at the forefront of every decision we make.
Just as importantly, I believe in transparency, accountability, and open communication. Ward 5 citizens deserve honest answers, accessible leadership, and a school board member who listens before making decisions. I am committed to keeping constituents informed, explaining the reasoning behind important votes, and being available to hear your concerns, ideas, and questions.
Public service is about serving people. Whether you are a parent, student, employee, taxpayer, or community member, your voice matters. Over the next several months of my re-election campaign, I look forward to having continued discussions on the issues facing our schools, and how we can continue to work together to move our district forward.
